Stuff Did Today(Final Fantasy Tactics): Stopped some smugglers who were apparently from Clan Redwings from bringing in some monsters. Apparently though they were able to sneak some in... I decide to put it off until I can capture them myself. Next, I head to Gotor Sands where we run into Marche's brother Doned. Apparently, he's the one giving all the clans tips on where we'd be so they could collect the bounty! Anyway, we took out the ambush and wonder why Doned would do this? Maybe he has white hair too...

Status & Notes: 

Didn't end up getting on my PS3 today, so it was just a Tactics Advance day. Starting to have to make some decisions on missions to hold off on... mostly because I just want to be able to have a good zoo of monsters to draw from for my morpher. Of course I really still need another story mission before I'll get the Hunt Bow... I really feel it should've been slightly earlier in the game... oh well.

So, I've really got to get to work starting to write my Top 10 for the 1 year anniversary coming up next Saturday. To remind you, I'm ranking the 10 main games in order of how playable they are today in their most modern form, with notes on historical significance etc.

So, today, I promise, we will get some Final Fantasy X played. As I said yesterday, it is mostly going to be a monster capturing day, with the intent that I'm at least going to meet the requirements for Auron's Sigil.

Stuff Did Today(Final Fantasy Tactics): Went over to Uladon Bog where a guild had been informed that we would be arriving and wanted to take us to get the bounty... clearly we did not let them, however, we also did not see who informed this guild of our whereabouts... afterwards, we finally decided to free Muscadet from the tyranny of... Clan Borzoi?!?!? Yeah, I guess there were some leftovers... we relieved them of their powerful equipment... and defeated them. Next, we continued clearing out all the new missions we could

Stuff Did Today(FF X): Took a Chocobo from the Calm Lands over to Remiem Temple. Here, there was a champion chocobo ready to race me... I did so, and obtained the Cloudy Mirror... then I did so some more in order to get some nice Customization items. After I was done, I went over to Mt. Gagazet to get a sample of each monster. Returning to the Monster Arena, I received the Blossom Crown. I returned to Remiem Temple and found Belgemine. She revealed, that she too is an unsent, who wanted to test us one last time before being sent. We took on each of her Aeons, and after defeating them, we received first the Flower Rod, which we used to obtain Yuna's final Aeon the Magus Sisters! We defeated the rest of Belgemine's Aeons and received Yuna's Sigil.

We next went over to Macalania Woods and discovered a family who'd been separated. We got them back together, and discovered a spot with great energy. First, we turned our Cloudy Mirror into the Celestial Mirror. Now, with the ability to retrieve the Celestial Weapons, we went and picked up Tidus's Caladbolg, Yuna's Nirvana, and Wakka's World Champion and returned to Macalania Woods to power them up

Status & Notes: 

So, good day, got a lot done. Good deal to talk about today. First off, it feels real good where I currently am in Tactics Advance. It is excellent to finally have a Thief that can steal all equipment... and with Concentrate it really takes all the RNG out of it. Also, I really have a party that I can bend to my whim with almost all relevant classes... yeah, I said almost all. Even as I'm beginning to collect end-game items off of the NPCs I still can't really use a Hunter yet... sigh... yeah, we're getting there. I need to free 2 more areas and then I can buy the Hunt Bow, which means then I'll also finally get access to a Morpher, and that will be nice as well. Uber Flan for the win.

Next over to FF X. Here, was an interesting day. First, I want to talk about a funny story. Okay, so I got the Celestial Mirror and decided to collect the first few weapons. So, I go to get the Caladbolg for Tidus and... crap... I need to race the chocobos again to get the guard to move... sigh... So, the first race goes... awfully... so I need to do it a second time... and... yeah, I clear in 0.0... *grr*... just shows I guess that there is a lot of skill in doing that race. Thankfully the Remiem Temple race is all skill and no luck... really took me about 20 minutes of practice to be able to win a 5 chest run... after that getting the 4 and 3 chest prizes were cake walk.

So, today, in FF X... going to be an incredibly exciting day... not really, I'm going to travel the world capturing monsters... yeah, I'd really like to get as much of it out of the way as possible. I have to make sure I at least meet the requirements for Auron's Sigil. Also, as I said, I'd like to visit the Omega Ruins and attempt to get myself some Lv. 3 Key Spheres so I can finally move Rikku off where she is on the grid.

Stuff Did Today(FF X): Finished up Blitzball and received my Jupiter Sigil. Next, I headed to the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth and bought the ability to summon Yojimbo. Next, I headed back to Baaj Temple and quickly dispatched the first boss of the game then went into the temple, which I successfully unlocked by using all the destruction spheres to get access to Seymour's Aeon Anima!

Status & Notes: 

Ah, finally, I get to take a break from Blitzball... I may go back and play a game or two later... maybe try and get something cool from a tournament or something...  I dunno. But, for now, I am done, and it feels good. So, its back to playing ACTUAL FF X.

So, I have a list of things I need to do now... First of all, I'm currently working on Yuna's Sigil. I need one more Aeon before I can get it... so let's do that! To get the Magus Sisters I need to first go through and capture all the enemies on Mt. Gagazet, and turn them in to get the Blossom Crown and then head to Remiem temple to get the Flower Rod and the Cloudy Mirror...

Once that's done, I probably should go get my first few Ultimate Weapons by heading back to Macalania Woods... Then, its time to start working on Auron's sigil... which means capturing A LOT of monsters... ugh...

At some point during all this too, I may head into the Omega Ruins to try and get a few Lv. 3 Key Spheres, because I have Rikku sitting outside a few right now, just not doing anything until I get some... unfortunately, this is very annoying to do... sigh...

Alright, so a light day here... but want to discuss something. You know, normally, I pretty much always clear out the mission list from anything that's not repeatable... and that of course includes the Clan Turf quests... since you know, they help you unlock new items in the shops. However, for a very good reason I am choosing to not go ahead and do Free Muscadet... why? Well, there are 3 enemies in here, and they all have AMAZING equipment... and... unfortunately, I still don't have Steal: Weapon... I believe I can get it from Mission #16... which obviously is coming up pretty soon... so, yeah, once I get that... I want my Master Bow and Masamune... and the Genji stuff... that's pretty good too...

Alright, anyway, today is finishing Blitzball day... just a handful of matches to go. Thankfully. Next will be getting the rest of the Aeons, thus finishing up Yuna's Sigil... then we'll work on some Monster Catching... for Auron's Sigil.

First off, you may not have caught it, but Montblanc has been learning skills at a WAY faster rate than most of my characters. Why you ask? Well, simple. There's a little ability called... Steal: Ability... yeah, its a nice way to learn... umm EVERYTHING... it is unfortunate that I can only use it with Humes and Moogles.. oh well.

Blitzball... yeah, I got tired of my defenders... basically, I wanted people who I didn't need to learn Volley Shot as a Key Tech... yeah... wish I could replace Keepa...  sigh...
