Status & Notes:
Unfortunately another kind of light day... like I said... there's going to be a bunch of these here and there for a while. Did get a little further into Via Infinito... died once again on a Mega Tonberry... not really a big deal though...
As for things to talk about... well, I'm going to go outside of Square Enix for a bit, and talk about the Blizzcon stuff today... mostly about the new franchise called Overwatch... this announcement makes me a bit sad to be honest.. This will really be the first game outside of a real brain based genre like an RPG or RTS. Yes, shooters have dominated the landscape for a bit now, but I was really hoping that Blizzard would've stayed out of it... I mean, seriously, this is the same company that owns Call of Duty.
That being said, though, when they cancelled Titan, I'm sure they were looking for a way to reuse some of the assets, and I'm sure what this is really....
Also, finally some info on Legacy of the Void... yay!!! I'm really more interested in the story of this as opposed to the PvP aspect of the game... very interested to see if we actually run into Xel'naga...
Anyway, looking forward to some good chunks of play time in the next few days, and therefore some good entries. Until tomorrow!
