Status + Notes:

Hey, actually have something to talk about today. First off, as you can see, that big day where I take a chunk out of the game indeed did happen. Taking the time to do the Sylvan Cave as soon as possible really makes a lot of the game super easy. The place is very difficult for low levels, but it is not impossible, and the gear you get just jumps you ahead so far. Some little notes of things I did. First, I did kill Odin and Bahamut with a party of 4. Odin was a little tricky, since it is a pure DPS race at low levels, you have to kill him before he gets Zantetsuken off. So how do you do it? Mostly, with Blitz and Thundara, casting Haste on Edge... it works. Bahamut is actually ridiculously easy. Some of the fights in the cave are tough, but the Behemoths you can deal with by casting Blink on everyone before you start attacking him, and keeping it up. Bahamut, all you need is 2 Lunar Curtains... They've added so many items into this game, alot of which are game breaking. Hermes' Sandals for haste, Lunar curtain for reflect, and Spider Silk for slow... yes a slow that actually works on bosses... whoops. Secondly, I took the time to farm a crapload of Sirens to try to finish off the Bestiary, and maybe even get a Pink Tail, we'll see.

So, now its really just finishing off The Giant of Babil, then off to the Moon... my goal for today is actually to unlock all of the Lunar Ruins stages. Will require 3 trips through the Lunar Subterrane.  Then on to the post-game, and hopefully on to the After Years in the next few days.
