Stuff Did Today(FF IX): After a killer snowball fight at school, Marche made a couple of friends named Ritz and Mewt. We were all ridiculed by the academic masses for different reasons. We met at Marche's house after school and looked at a book Mewt had purchased. After going to sleep that night, we were transported into a world straight out of the game "Final Fantasy" (according to the game...) Funny, Mewt had mentioned something about that...
Upon entering the world, we were attacked by a bangaa... whom we had accidentally angered. Luckily a moogle named Montblanc was there to help us out. After defeating the bangaa, he let us join his clan... and even let us name it. Clan Canard. Afterwards we took our first mission where we gathered some common herbs, and then did our first dispatch mission where we had a soldier take the place of someone at a duel.
Status & Notes:
Oh... this is going to be a fun game to try and track. Because thankfully, things you'd expect to find somewhere, like you know, lists of missions you've completed or something like that, yeah, they don't exist. So, apparently I'm going to be tracking quite a bit by hand over the next few weeks. Oh well...
So, yeah, really just booted up the game and started the first couple missions. As I said, I'm going to take it slow over the next couple days, as to recover for Final Fantasy X. My goals for this game are to complete as many missions as possible... though if I remember correctly, it is very very difficult to actually get access to all 300... but we'll see. It's been a long time since I played this one.
So, not even going to set goals for myself for a bit... we'll just see how it goes...
