Where I Currently Am(Dissidia): Finishing up the accomplishments and what not...

Stuff Did Today (FF X-2): Finished up the PR Mission for Argent Inc... and then moved on to the Creature Creator, where we just captured a few guys, before I had to quit for the day... I did manage to capture the team I'm planning on using in the arena though.

Stuff Did Today(Dissidia): Finished up the 1-30 Duel Colisseum run... then went and crafted some more random weapons, mostly completing my collection. Next, I headed back to the World of Darkness for some Dodging/Pillar destroying...

Status & Notes:

So, did manage to get a little FF X-2 playtime in... and thankfully, everything is going to be fine with the PR Mission, will just need to get all the points in Chapter 5 before heading to the Calm Lands. I then took a VERY quick step into Creature Creator and did successfully capture the other two monsters I'm planning on using in the Fiend Arena...

Right now my setup is for Shiva training... obviously... I'm still kind of working how I want my current setup. I may end up sticking Bloodlust on my Tonberry for a bit... I'm most likely going to teach Full-Life to my Chocobo and Battlesnake... seriously though, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Still making very steady progress in Dissidia... I'm probably still a good few days away from finishing everytihng up, unfortunately. I'm now going to start putting together all the Exclusive weapons... and we'll see if I need to do any more Duel Colisseum runs... other than for Transmogridusts which I know I will still need some more of.

  1. I'd avoid any tactic having Tonberry attack physically. Since he has to waddle up to the enemy and stick them with his knife every time, it takes way too long. Give him something like Fireworks or Darkness that lets him stand in place and attack.

All creatures should have Vigor for sure. Full-Life isn't as necessary as regular Life I find, since usually the recently revived creature will use Vigor on it's first chance, healing most of it's HP anyway. It's up to you though. I'd weigh the MP costs more than any other factor, at least until you start boosting MP.

Get Auto-Haste for Chocobo as soon as you can. Chocobo learns it naturally once you get to level 40 I believe, then use a haste or slow spell on it.

My strategy with Chocobo changed throughout the game. Early on I just had him attacking constantly, so make sure you don't give him any spells. A good set of moves would be Attack, Mug, Vigor, and Esuna (Filler). Then later I went with Fireworks/Darkness spam, good for taking out lots of enemies quickly. Then I did Meteor spam, since Chocobo learns Meteor as well. When you get to the last cups it's mostly boss fights so I reverted back to the attacking constantly strategy. If you have two creatures or three attacking as fast as possible against one enemy you can usually stun-lock them and just wail on them until they die.

For your Battlesnake you just want it spamming Full-Auto nonstop, so a moveset like Full-Auto, Vigor, Esuna, Life would be good.

For accessories I never used the Bloodlust or Wring. You usually want to keep your HP high, anytime a creature dies really brings down your team's efficiency. Due to the quasi-random move selection your creatures may or may not revive them right away, and since you have less creatures, the enemies can focus fire on your remaining guys and they go down faster. 100% give the Adamantite to Tonberry though. It'll make him a house! Usually for the other accessories I just put on Champion Belts and Crystal Bangles. Maybe Rabite's Foot. And of course Iron Dukes and Key to Successes when you get those.
