Status & Notes:

Ding dong... Dissidia is gone... yeah, I feel VERY good about that. Surprisingly, I was able to get everything I needed to finish... let's go over what that involved... first I did a run of 90-120 Duel Colisseum to get enough Megalixirs etc, to finish the rest of the random items I needed, the machines, etc. as well as the two spare Exclusives.

After this I had to go back to 60-90 to get 5 Revival Trees basically to finish up the Instrument Chain. This put me at about 95%. Now, we go take out a couple ghosts to grab the Dangerously Lucky accessory. This boosts drop rate by 1.75 and will break if you ever hit Last Chance... luckily I use save states so that's not an issue. I then had to go fight a Level 1 Cecil ALOT until he finally dropped a spare Dark Sword for me to turn into the Lightbringer...

Now, finally, we head over to the Blackjack Colisseum... and here I deployed my most crazy strategy... I equipped as much Initial Bravery stuff as possible along with the EXP to Bravery ability... now on top of this I have the Supper Ribbon equipped and every manner of EXP and Item Drop increasing accessory... and Destroyer to stop any sillyBasically, killing anything with this setup will take like 2-3 HP attacks to kill. With the drop rate that high you are pretty much assured 2-3 Lufenian equipments... now how do you get these??? Simple... you have to find enemies that have a difficulty of High(Antiquities) on them or in short +7s... (They give 7 medals when you kill them off the bat) So, you just repeatedly exit and reenter the colisseum until you get someone of the right type. This gets very time consuming at the end... when you're looking for a SPECIFIC character to get a certain weapon... like Exdeath is the only character who will give you the Rod... and it really took me a while. In fact, I started to realize that it gives you your own character more often than the rest so I actually set up the extreme Exdeath v Exdeath showdown! Also, you can save state before you start the fight, and if they don't drop it, load the state and most likely it'll drop next time.

So, as I am writing this, I am getting my FF XI stuff all set up and ready to go, and am very much looking forward to starting it. Its got something like 3 hours of patching left to go... sigh... what it is going to look like in blog form, I have no earthly idea... also, tonight, I'm pretty certain will get some FF X-2 work done... so, looking forward to that as well. At some point I'm going to have to write the Dissidia review, and holy hell is that going to be a LOOONG one...
