Stuff Did Today(Final Fantasy Tactics): Nothing

Stuff Did Today(FF X): Upon entering Macalania Temple, we found Jyscal's Sphere and watched it. Apparently, Seymour is a bad person and needs a whoopin... unfortunately Seymour killed Jyscal already, so I guess its up to us. We found Seymour just as Yuna emerged with her new Aeon Shiva. We fought Seymour, and Shiva just whooped Anima a good one, and we killed Seymour. Unfortunately, Trommell arrived just before Yuna could send Seymour and carried Seymour off, oh yeah, he didn't want to hear anything about Jyscal's confession and even broke his sphere and basically told us we would be branded traitors to Yevon.

So, we escaped and ran off towards the lake. The Guado stopped us there, and after we beat their Wendigo, we fell through the ice and found Sin... who happened to be listening to the Hymn of the Fayth, which was Jecht's favorite song back in Zanarkand. So, we passed out and ended up on Bikanel Island. A big desert, which was the HQ of the Al Bhed. We gathered our party together, save for Yuna who must've already been taken by the Al Bhed. Rikku guided us to 'Home', which was already under attack by the Guado, who were searching for Yuna. So, we gotta get her outta there.

Status & Notes:
So, went through Bikanel Desert today... which is really the first very open area in quite a while we encounter in FF X... and that's giving a very shaky nod to calling Kilika Island an open area... Here, though, there's plenty to explore, some interesting monsters to fight... I think the first time I played the game, I probably ran away from Sand Worms every time I encountered them. Now, they were really just pretty easy, with alot of HP.

Also, Macalania Temple. I really do like the temples in the game... the spacing of them is so perfect. I think this is really the difference between X and XIII. You have these temples with the puzzles placed after the perfect amount of travelling and plot sections.... not to mention Blitzball if you just get bored of everything.

Also, small note. I'm very glad I stopped where I did, I actually missed Al Bhed Primer XX as I was going through home, and am in a perfect spot to go back and get it before it becomes completely missed for the playthrough.

Alright, I know I promised I was going to start doing the next phase of my Tactics Advance discussion, but, to be honest, I really don't feel like starting it right now, and its my blog so I don't have to. This gives me a day to get back into the game, anyway. Today, we will get some play time in on Tactics Advance, and then maybe some more FF X time as well, we'll see how it goes.
