So, some interesting notes from today. I've almost gotten all the levels I want. Didn't really train job classes too much... that may change. I dunno. What's interesting though, is there seems to be a lot of differing opinion in the community as to what the Steal formula is for whether or not your steal will be successful. There seems to be two lines of thought.

1. Steal is a flat rate, that is doubled by Thief's Gloves.

2. There is a steal rate for an item which is modified by level, if you're a thief, and if you have the thief's gloves on.

I tend to lean towards #2, since at level 48 as a freelancer with thief gloves it was basically impossible to steal the weapons from Neo Exdeath.

My plan for today is to get to Level 55 and try again... I may need to get as high as 60, we'll see... Once I'm equipped well, its off into the Sealed Temple.
