Stuff Did Today: Traversed the Great Glacier and Gaea's Cliff to get to the "Promised Land" which is the resting place of the real Sephiroth (what?!?! yeah, see the notes section), gave Sephiroth the Black Materia again... and lost Cloud in the lifestream. Then I escaped from Shinra in Junon Harbor during an attack from Weapon, an ancient beast awoken by the planet being in imminent danger. Then I got an airship!!!

Status & Notes:

Okay, so let me try and explain the plot that went on today. So, after getting to the "Promised Land" We find out that it is just the place that all of Jenova's Cells are going to reunite. Now, why were they split? Well, thanks to Professors Gast and Hojo who started creating clones of Sephiroth the greatest SOLDIER ever to create some kind of super soldier I guess. These are the guys in black capes with the tattooed numbers. We find out that Cloud was a failed Sephiroth Clone, created using Tifa's memories, mostly of Zack, the actual person who was with Sephiroth during the events of Nibelheim in the past, also Aeris's ex-boyfriend. I'm guessing the Sephiroth we were chasing this whole time was either a sephiroth clone, or some kind of projection created by the real sephiroth resting in a pod... though that's not really explained. Apparently, Real Sephiroth was killed along with Zack during the Nibelheim events and his will refused to be absorbed into the Lifestream...

Confused yet? I will say I understand this a lot more then the first time I played this game, I made very little effort to actually understand things at that time.

So, anyway, now we have an airship.... which means there must be some sidequests worth doing, right? Well, first and most importantly, I'm going to go get the last Enemy Skill Materia and start filling them up. Next, is the Wutai sidequests... get those taken care of... and finally... oh you knew it was coming. WARK!!!! That's right, its time to breed some Chocobos... so I'm going to take my gift stuffed Chocobo from my brother and catch em all and breed em all... with nuts...
